Her offence was to unwittingly sell a goldfish to a 14-year-old boy taking part in a trading standards ‘sting’.
At most, pet shop owner Joan Higgins, 66, expected a slap on the wrist for breaking new animal welfare laws which ban the sale of pets to under-16s.
Instead, the great-grandmother was taken to court, fined £1,000, placed under curfew – and ordered to wear an electronic tag for two months.
The punishment is normally handed out to violent thugs and repeat offenders.
The prosecution of Mrs Higgins and her son Mark is estimated to have cost taxpayers £20,000 and has left her with a criminal record.
Mark, 47, was also fined and ordered to carry out 120 hours of unpaid work in the community.
Last night, as an MP criticised the magistrates, Mrs Higgins – who has run the pet shop for 28 years – said the family’s eight-month ordeal had left them traumatised.
She added: ‘It’s ridiculous. I mean, what danger am I that I have to wear an electronic tag? These last few months have been a very stressful time.’
The seven-week curfew imposed by the court means she is unable to babysit her great-grandson at his home or go to bingo sessions with her sister, and will be unable to attend a Rod Stewart concert after tickets were bought for her by her nephew, actor Will Mellor.
Her son said: ‘I think it’s a farce. What gets me so cross is that they put my Mum on a tag – she’s nearly 70, for goodness’ sake.
‘She’s a great-grandma so she won’t be able to babysit a newborn baby. You would think they have better things to do with their time and money.’
Mr Higgins claimed the undercover operation was a clear case of entrapment – when a person is encouraged by someone in some official capacity to commit a crime – and said the case should never have gone to court.
He said: ‘The council sent the 14-year-old in to us. It is hard to tell how old a lad is these days. He looked much older than 14.’
He added that his mother almost fainted in the dock when magistrates told her she could go to prison for the offence.
‘I told her they wouldn’t send her to prison but she was still worried,’ he said. ‘The only other time she has been in court is when she did jury service.’
Under the Animal Welfare Act 2006 it is illegal to sell pets – including goldfish – to children under the age of 16 unless they are accompanied by an adult. Pet shops must also provide advice on animal welfare to buyers.
The maximum penalty is imprisonment for up to 12 months, or a fine of up to £20,000, or both.
The Higgins family’s ordeal began when council officials heard that Majors Pet Shop in Sale, Greater Manchester, was selling animals to children.
They sent the 14-year-old schoolboy into the shop to carry out a test purchase and Mr Higgins sold him the goldfish without questioning his age or providing any information about the care of the fish.
A council officer in the shop at the time also noticed a cockatiel in a cage that appeared to be in a poor state of health. A vet found the bird had a broken leg and eye problems. It was later put down.

TOKYO – Yoko Komazawa had been at the Tokyo International Anime Fair for nearly six hours when she fell in love with a brown-and-white stuffed panda – a character in one of the fair’s featured cartoons.
“It’s so adorable and interesting,” she said, staring into its gleaming pink eyes. “I want it.”
Unfortunately, the panda wasn’t for sale and Komazawa had to settle for a photo. But she walked away from the small booth impressed by the panda’s creators – from China.
“Japan is certainly an amazing anime country,” said the 30-something anime fan and collector of all things cute and cuddly. “China has some intriguing characters though. They’re different, and that definitely catches my attention.”
Komazawa’s enthusiasm for something new is a small victory for China’s fledgling animation industry, and could well represent a widening crack in Japan’s global anime dominance. Japan may be the birthplace of anime, but China is gunning for its future as it mounts an aggressive effort to expand the country’s creative prowess and reputation.
In November, the government’s cultural arm established the China Animation Comic Group Co. to foster a “great leap forward” in animation production, technology and marketing. Part of the plan includes building a “China Animation Game City” in Beijing that would be a national hub.
With government subsidies, Chinese animation companies tripled their presence at this year’s Tokyo anime fair even as the overall number of exhibitors declined. The four-day event through Sunday, one of the world’s biggest anime-related trade shows and festivals, featured a “China-Japan Anime Summit” along with multiple China-themed lectures.
“China is a big market, and everybody is trying to get in,” said Jimmy Tse, chief executive of Top Art Investment Ltd., which makes the panda Komazawa craved. “And the Chinese people, they are starting to think, ‘How come I’m manufacturing for someone else?’ Why are we not creating anything ourselves?’”
China’s growing ambitions coincide with an ominous industrywide slump in Japan.
After peaking in 2006, the number of anime minutes made for television fell 20 percent to 108,342 in 2009, according to the Association of Japanese Animations. A survey of the group’s members shows that overseas anime revenue fell 21 percent between 2006 and 2009.
Matt Alt, a Tokyo-based author, blogger and longtime observer of Japanese pop culture, blames the industry itself for losing its edge. The world’s hunger for anime accelerated around 2000, with Hollywood incorporating anime scenes into films and children clamoring for Pokemon.
Since 2006, however, a trend toward adult-oriented (and often sexually explicit) niche titles have turned off the general audience. Moreover, the industry is losing young talent because of persistently low pay and poor working conditions, forcing Japanese animation companies to outsource much of their work.
“The Japanese anime industry basically gave China, Korea and all these countries the keys to the candy shop,” Alt said. “By outsourcing so much work to them, they trained this work force of people who are now far more ambitious and far more hungry than a lot of Japanese animators are.”
The man behind the Tokyo anime fair acknowledges the global anime boom has waned. But chief producer Hitoshi Suzuki brushes off suggestions that foreign competition poses a threat, expressing confidence that a new boom will emerge in time.
Japanese animation is rooted in a rich 60-year history that cannot be replicated elsewhere, he said, citing the work of Astro Boy creator and “godfather of anime” Osamu Tezuka.
“Everyone tries to copy the surface of Japanese animation,” he said. “But real Japanese animation is different.”
Different or not, the Japanese anime industry is beginning to realize that it cannot ignore China – as an emerging rival or a potentially lucrative new market. For both countries, cooperating appears to be the best option for now.
One of the most successful joint projects so far is the “Romance of Three Kingdoms,” a historical animated series currently airing across China.
The program, produced by Japan’s Takara Tomy and a subsidiary of China Central Television, will begin airing soon in Japan and elsewhere in Asia.
Chinese startups are also actively courting Japanese content makers for their business. A representative from the online video site joy.cn, China’s version of Hulu, traveled to the Tokyo anime fair to convince Japanese companies that the Internet offered an alternative to mass media – subject to tight government restrictions – and that their copyrights would be protected in the process.
“It’s a time of great change right now,” said Yuji Nunokawa, chairman of the Association of Japanese Animations and a veteran anime producer. “We need to determine how we can work together to foster the contents business. We’ve come to a point in time where both sides need to think about how we can do this.”
The body of Rancher Rob Krentz and his dog were found shot to death on his ranch. Krentz, who always was good-natured and willing to help people, had called in that he had found an illegal alien at one of his watering holes and was assisting him. That was the last that was heard from him before his body was discovered.
Rob Krentz was a lifelong rancher in Southeastern Arizona, 12 miles north of the U.S./Mexico border and 25 miles northeast of the city of Douglas. He was the father of three children. The ranch has been in his family for three generations, more than 100 years – since 1907, and sits on about 35,000 acres with 1,000 head of cattle. Running a ranch is hard work and with the influx of illegal aliens increasing, Rob was at ground zero of the stampede that is destroying the fragile desert landscape.
The Krentz family has received numerous threats in the past by illegal aliens trespassing on their property. In 2002, the family was physically threatened when one of them stumbled upon a group of 39 illegal aliens. They were told to get off the land and they made threats. The Border Patrol did catch the illegal aliens after they were called, but we all know that illegal aliens, if deported, come right back across.
In 1999, Krentz and his wife Susan did an interview with PBS when they came around asking about the issue of illegal immigration and its impacts on the local ranchers.
“We’ve been broken into,” Susan Krentz told PBS.
“One time,” Rob said “You know, we’ve personally been broke in once. And they took about $700 worth of stuff. And you know, if they come in and ask for water, I’ll still give them water. I – you know, that’s just my nature.”
In 2003, Congressman Tom Tancredo mentioned the challenges of the border ranchers, and in particular highlighted the the Krentz family’s plight.
“In the month of November, 2002, in the Tucson Sector of the U.S. Border Patrol … where the Krentz ranch is located, the Border Patrol apprehended 23,000 border crossers,” Tancredo wrote. “many people would suggest that the [apprehension] ratio is just about maybe one in five, and that is a very conservative estimate. … I think it is closer to one in ten”.
That means in that sector alone for one month, 8 years ago, the most conservative estimate is that 115,000 illegal aliens crossed the border in that one chunk of land in the Tucson sector. All of the illegals are unknown.
Tancredo notes that the Krentz’s did mention to him that they called the Border Patrol. In one instance illegal aliens had butchered one of his calves.
In February [2002] … a calf was butchered by illegal alien trespassers. Two men responsible were caught. They were tried. They were found guilty. They served a total of 51 days in jail. They were also ordered to pay $200 in restitution to the Krentz ranch. The Krentz ranch has not seen a cent of that money; and, of course, our best guess is they will not because these people have been released. They either came back into the population up here in the U.S.A. or returned to Mexico.

6 years after the PBS interview, in 2005, Krentz did an interview with KOLD as the number of illegal aliens exploded.
“We’re being over-run, and it’s costing us lots and lots of money,” Krentz said.
“We figured it up over the last five years and it’s cost us over $8 million,” Krentz said. “Cattle don’t like people walking through, so they move. So, cattle weight loss, destruction of fences, breaking our pipelines, they break them in two and (the pipes) run for two or three days before we find it.”
Krentz went on to say that when he was a boy he actually knew the few illegal aliens that came through looking for work, he said it’s nothing like that now as hundreds of unknown illegals stream across his land.
Rob Krentz is just one of the many people who live and work along our southern border. A tough, hard working man who was trying to make a living and doing what he loved. Those who support illegal aliens will talk about “human rights”, but where were the “human rights” when it came to Rob Krentz? Where was the government to protect our border and prevent this from happening, though they’ve been told time and time again? They didn’t protect his property rights, nor his civil rights.
This country failed Robert Krentz, his family and all who work for him. As they have failed countless families all across this country. The number of deaths is estimated to be from 15-25 deaths caused by illegal aliens each day in this country.
It is not known yet whether Krentz was specifically targeted or whether it was just one of the hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens who come across our border every year who have actual criminal records, but in the end does it matter? A hard working man was killed on his own land. And all for just trying to help out someone in need.
And that is simply outrageous.
Rest in peace Robert Krentz, the country will surely miss a great and kind man like you.
NEAR PORTAL – Neighbor ranchers of the slain Robert Krentz say they had been warning U.S. officials for years that somebody would be killed if they didn’t gain control of this dangerous smuggling corridor where armed burglaries have become a daily occurrence.
Now, they’re demanding immediate action.
Krentz, a longtime rancher, was shot and killed Saturday in Cochise County, by a likely southbound smuggler, who authorities believe escaped into Mexico.
“The Mexican outlaws have total control, and it’s going to get worse,” said Ed Ashurst, whose 53,000-acre ranch is just east of the Krentz ranch. “There is going to be more bloodshed.”
On Monday, in reaction to the killing, Gov. Jan Brewer reiterated a March 2009 request to send 250 additional National Guard soldiers to Arizona’s border.
Rancher Dean Nelson said the National Guard should have already been called. “If the government doesn’t call out the Guard, they don’t care about us,” Nelson said.
But Ashurst said the National Guard won’t improve safety unless its personnel are given the green light to shoot at smugglers.
“They are going to have to kill some of those outlaws,” Ashurst said. “I am going to protect myself and I will use deadly force. . . . I have a gun, and if an illegal alien ever gets in my house, he’s dead.”
The desire for a more aggressive stance at the border is shared by others in the area.
“Dig a ditch 20-feet deep and when they cross it, that’s where they stay,” said Hal Mortensen, a retired rancher and lifelong Cochise County resident who had known Krentz for 40 years.
Ranchers in the unincorporated community of Apache, about 25 miles northeast of Douglas, say they’ll now be more vigilant when they encounter illegal immigrants.
Ashurst, Nelson and Mortensen described Krentz as a good man who didn’t have enemies.
Cochise County Sheriff Larry Dever called the incident a “senseless shooting.” He said there is no evidence to suggest there was any confrontation.
“There is absolutely no reason this had to happen other than the bad intentions of one sick, sorry individual that we hope to be able to catch up to very quickly,” Dever said.
The sheriff said he’s worried angry ranchers may take matters into their own hands with smugglers.
“I’m angry as well, but the law is the law, and we have to act within certain constraints, and we’ll encourage everybody else to do the same,” Dever said.
Krentz, who was out checking water lines and fencing on his family’s 35,000-acre ranch, had weapons with him on the ATV he was riding, but he did not use them, Dever said.
Investigators have determined the shooting was carried out by one person, but they don’t know anything about the person.
They believe it was an illegal immigrant because Krentz was heard telling his brother on two-way radio “illegal alien” and because the area is a known smuggling corridor.
They have no motive.
Dever said Krentz was frustrated and fed up with the illegal activity like many ranchers in the area. But he said he was compassionate and regularly helped illegal immigrants in distress.
“There is no reason to believe anything else other than what happened that day with Rob,” said Dever.
Krentz was found about 1,000 feet from where they believe the shooting occurred, dead on his ATV. The ATV still had its lights on and the engine running, Dever said. There were spin-out marks in the dirt, leading investigators to believe that he was trying to get away, Dever said.
Investigators believe the shooter was headed toward the border when Krentz encountered him. Law enforcement tracked a single set of footprints – believed to be the shooter’s – for 20 miles to the U.S.-Mexico border. They also contacted Mexican authorities, but so far there is no information about the killer.
Dever said it will be very difficult to find the shooter and would likely require that the shooter talk about the incident with somebody.
While investigators don’t have a motive yet, retaliation has been raised as a possibility, Dever said.
The day before the shooting, the victim’s brother, Phil Krentz, reported drug smuggling on the ranch to the Border Patrol.
Agents found 290 pounds of marijuana on the ranch and followed tracks to where they found and arrested eight illegal immigrants, said Robert Boatright, deputy chief of the Border Patrol’s Tucson Sector. None were prosecuted because of a lack of evidence. They were all in custody when the shooting occurred, he said.
Krentz regularly called the Border Patrol to let it know about illegal activity on the ranch, the agency said.
Dever also said there was another incident within 24 hours of the shooting that could be connected involving a gun, but he would not elaborate.
The area where the shooting occurred is a well-known drug- and people-smuggling corridor, Boatright said. In the summer of 2009, after seeing a spike in activity in the area, the agency opened a base staffed around the clock with 20 agents.
Dever said his deputies have responded to several calls from residents in the area about burglaries, property damage and even a few home invasions. Recently, the county had assigned all of the deputies working overtime hours under a Department of Homeland Security grant program to the area.
“There has been a prevailing sense for sometime in the community that something like this was going to happen,” Dever said.
Krentz was a member of the board of directors of the Malpai Borderlands Group, an organization of conservation-minded ranchers.
Krentz’s family had been ranching their property since 1907, and in 2008 the Krentz Ranch was inducted into the Arizona Farming and Ranching Hall of Fame.
“His impact on ranching in Southern Arizona can’t be overstated nor can his contributions to Cochise County,” said former state Sen. Jonathan Paton of Tucson. “Mr. Krentz’s compassion and spirit will be remembered by many as we try to understand this senseless tragedy.”
There is a community meeting planned for 6 p.m. Wednesday in the schoolhouse in Apache to discuss safety issues.
The plan for the New World Order did not originate on Earth — it is a system devised by aliens. The concept of the New World Order is based upon an old Anunnaki system which has been employed in other galaxies a long, long time ago. This system is now being pushed for implementation on Earth by the Anunnaki Remnants who remain on Earth. The Anunnaki Remnants are the ones that were left behind on Earth by the Anunnaki Elite when they escaped this world (see my previous writing of Nibiru and the Anunnaki for further explanation).
The New World Order is based upon the premise that there is to be a supreme commander who oversees the affairs of the world. During transition into a global government smaller and weaker nations are being forced or lured into accepting self-appointed stronger nations to act as their police force. Later, the police force will expand and become an international police force under a single master. At first, this will appear to be a plan for a peaceful co-existence amongst nations which will benefit all nations. However, it is a plan to eliminate all nation states, freedom, civil rights and to control the people of the world under a single ideology in the name of one global community.
The New World Order is a One World Order with a hidden agenda to rule by fear, control, exploitation and bullying. The ruling elite of the world’s wealthy, powerful and influential have been pushing for a New World Order with a One World Government under the pretence of establishing world peace while they are in fact imposing their will upon every nation. They call themselves the “peacemakers” but in truth they are an international police force which organized “war crimes” tribunals, supposedly to give the “political criminals” a fair trial before persecuting them.
The vast majority of the ruling elite of the world are either descendants of Anunnaki Remnants or their supporters. A trait of the Anunnaki is to rule by instigating people to remain in a state of perpetual conflict. Peace is not even a consideration of the Anunnaki, who are a warmongering, bloodthirsty, lustful, perverted, deceptive, brutal race of beings who have controlled the Earth for a long time.
At present, the fragmentation, conflict, hate, jealousy, suspicion, mistrust, intolerance, biasness amongst nations, cultures and those of diverse religions etc. appear to be obstacles to the realisation of One World Order. However, each of those traits was introduced by the Anunnaki as part of their plan to rule by segregation and division. The rule by fragmentation was only a transitional phase in a very long-range plan to bring about a One World Government by claiming that such a government can bring about world peace. In fact, the One World Government is a tool for the establishment of an absolute dictatorship over the entire world — a tyranny. Once the plan is in its final stages, it will be forced upon everyone. The people of the world will have no choice but to toe the line and follow the dictates of the One World Order or face severe consequences.
For a New World Order where diverse nations are drawn together under supposedly one common cause, humanity becomes enslaved to its One World Order sovereignty. The New World Order will not happen overnight. The idea was seeded a long, long time ago, and slowly but certainly it is weaving its way unsuspectedly through the monetary, political, religious, cultural, educational, scientific etc. systems. It started to gain momentum in the last 10 years. The speed of its emergence has taken a quickened stride in the last three years, with one planned event after another taking place in various parts of the world in order to test and exercise the power of the would-be New World Order under the leadership of self-proclaimed, “high” moral standing personnel with the backing of a powerful dictatorial government.
At present, while the current push for a New World Order appears to be under the control of an elite group of Anunnaki Remnants which I call the “Vulturites”, the real control is under the more cunning group of Anunnaki Remnants, which have been called the “Reptilians”. These two groups of Anunnaki Remnants are in perpetual conflict with one another. However, for the time being, the Reptilians are purposely backing off to trick the Vulturites into doing the dirty job of setting up the New World Order before taking it over from them when they feel the time is right.
As I have stated a long time ago, most of the consciousnesses of the Reptilian Anunnaki Remnants who were previously residing in human bodies predominantly in the United States and some parts of Europe have now shifted their locations to China. Consciousnesses of the Vulturite Anunnaki Remnants have now taken over most of those bodies previously occupied by the Reptilian Anunnaki Remnants.
The process towards the One World Order was implemented long ago on Earth. Recent aspects of the move are seen in the evolution of credit card systems, identification systems, smart card systems, social security systems, taxation systems, health care cards etc. — these are just some of the recent systems introduced to control, condition, profile and keep tab of the whereabouts and activities of people. Yet superficially, these systems appear to be signs of advancement in technology and affluence so most people are not aware of the hidden agenda behind these schemes.
Already, humans are being secretly micro-chipped with physical implants for ease of identification and location of those chipped individuals — while also controlling their minds — by those working under the Anunnaki Remnants who have control of all facets of systems in this world, be they political, cultural, educational, commercial, pharmaceutical, monetary, military or otherwise. Every day when popular programmes are aired on radio, movie screens and especially on television, people are exposed to the risk of being programmed subliminally through the flashes of light, camera angles used, words uttered, musical accompaniment etc. to “think” as the Anunnaki Remnants want them to “think”. However, there is a small minority amongst the population in human bodies, especially those with alien ties, who have stronger WILL than most to resist such programming provided they do not give in to the ruling elite’s threats, bribes etc.
The minds of people are currently being altered. The minority of the population on Earth who are resisting the “controller” are currently under surveillance. This minority group contains those who openly or quietly resist the so-called conventional and popular beliefs. They are not without the assistance of a Force which is fighting the Darkness of the “controller”. Soon, this will become obvious. However, not everyone who is engaged in resisting the “controller” is of the Light.
Audible and inaudible sounds have also been released over the years to weaken human bodies and minds so as to control and poison their bodies, minds and actions. These sounds are also used to regulate various aspects of individual and collective human bodies and societal functions. Ultimately, the aim of the ruling elite is to get rid of the majority of the human race before openly inhabiting and controlling the world that they now secretly control, and they have been doing so for a long time.
Many have considered how vast the conspiracy for a One World Order would have to be, and they have attempted to refute it by stating that certainly someone involved in such a massive project would have broken ranks and disclosed the conspiracy. This would be a valid argument, EXCEPT only the highest echelon participants know of the agenda. However, none of the upper echelon have the entire picture — they are only aware of fragments of the plan. The upper echelon cannot sort out the actual plan because it is built upon lies within lies within lies. Even the highest echelon on Earth are not the ultimate conspirators, they are merely following orders from their “controller” who is not in a physical body. The minions unknowingly follow the plan to its inevitable conclusion because of programming and other factors.
Further, those of a Dark essence will naturally gravitate towards compliance with the Anunnaki Remnants’ agenda.
The public has little or no knowledge of what is occurring. Many of those who are resisting the One World Order have discussed at length the physical occurrences on the planet that point to the conspiracy and the New World Order. Some of those have even addressed spiritual aspects of the plan to decimate and enslave the human race, however, most of those people are coming from a perspective of conventional religious backgrounds, and as I have discussed repeatedly, the Anunnaki have set up and facilitated all popular religions on the planet — including the New Age movement. Unfortunately, there are always some good beings who get trapped in these movements. Hence, those who promote a global community are really assisting the “controller’s” plan, whether they are conscious of this or otherwise.
There are some humans who have already been chosen for survival by the ruling elite. These human survivors will be slaves to their masters. Many have been chosen according to bloodlines, professions, ontological essences etc. to accommodate the needs of the Anunnaki Remnants’ agendas.
The “controller” has an “elite guard” of fighters who are called the “Rumblers”. These Rumblers rarely left the “controller’s” side in the past. They were only used in desperate situations. However recently, a few of them have arrived on the planet to try to block the Attas, (The Rescuers of the Light, The Amoebas) who are in combat with the “controller” and all its minions.
Soon, the Rumblers will arrive on Earth in numbers. This will be a time when the battle between the forces of Light and Darkness will be in heightened conflict. The release of the Rumblers shows just how desperate the “controller” is becoming, especially since the “controller” is compromising its own protection by releasing its elite guard onto the planet.
Contrary to popular belief, the Earth is not an important place — it is just one of the final hiding places for the Anunnaki — they have very few places to go to in these final stages of the Correction Process.
The Attas are the targets of the Rumblers. The average person could not withstand assaults by the Rumblers; however, the Rumblers are no match for the Attas. Many of these Attas have arrived as “walk-ins” on Earth in humble positions, in female and male human bodies.
Diana Spencer
There are many examples of mass mind control tests upon the population of Earth. One such example is the case of Diana Spencer. To the unaware, it appeared that her death had touched their hearts, but this was not the case. They were in fact programmed to respond with an enormous outpouring of emotions, grief and distorted views about the deceased. Most of these people did not even know her, nor did they have any ties to her. Little do the people suspect that emotional energy they spent was being sucked out of them and collected by the “controller” for its own selfish purposes and agendas. Imagine the vastness of the mind-control project necessary to condition so many millions into “spontaneously grieving” for the deceased.
John F. Kennedy
On the other hand, when United States President John Kennedy was assassinated, there was an outpouring of grief and emotion, but some of the grievers were Light beings who sensed that they had lost a dear friend on this Earth. His death was felt by all the Attas parts in one way or another. However, his departure was expected by the Attas, and no attempt was made by the Light to try to prevent it for a very good reason. This was true grieving by many. The emotional mass programming by the ruling elite was only in its infancy at the time.
As another example of mass programming, the “controller” can now summon up millions of protestors to spout whatever slogans are desired to bring about a desired situation. And, yet, on the surface, it appears that the actions of the protestors occurred as an understandable and even reasonable reaction to a particular situation. In reality, the protestors are being programmed and used by the ruling elite to allow them to implement a particular plan.
In the near future, travel will become even more restricted than it is today; internet services could also be restricted. The time may come when internet services will be available only to certain ones using frequencies that will be unavailable to the population at large.
Wars, revolutions, famines, epidemics, recessions, depressions, major catastrophes and casualties, bombings, murders and other meaningless destruction and sometimes even natural disasters are planned by the “controller” for its own agenda.
There was a document released entitled The Report from Iron Mountain which was commissioned by President John Kennedy in August of 1963. Kennedy was overshadowed by an Attas consciousness (he had to play a double-game with many Anunnaki politicians in order to be accepted by them and be elected President of the United States), and while there were some reports about him that are not particularly complimentary, most of these are contrived or exaggerated by the ruling elite, who also sponsored many of the libels. This is much like what was done to Thomas Jefferson, another Attas consciousness. Kennedy was assassinated three months after commissioning the report in which he was about to expose the warmongering mindsets of the people who are in control of the world. The stated purpose of this report was to consider the problems involved in the contingency of a transition to a general condition of peace and to recommend procedures for dealing with this contingency.
This report, which was published three years after Kenney’s death, reveals the darkest recesses of demonic minds. It is filled with openly revolting revelations from many different political appointees about what is really on the minds of the ruling elite. In short, it is disgusting. Even though the report was leaked, it was never intended for public reading.
Many means of denial were employed to attempt to invalidate this document because the American government understandably wanted to distance itself from the report. Editors of newspapers were recruited and supposed authors came forward to claim they wrote it as a satire. It is hard to imagine that this document was intended as a satire, as it is devoid of humour — express or implied. Likewise, it is difficult to accept that a single author could be responsible for the extremely different styles and energies contained in the paper — not to mention the vast knowledge necessarily required to have written the document, which would not be available to a single person as even the higher echelon of the ruling elite have only fragments of the total plan.
This paper commences with the query of what would happen with a general détente amongst America, China and the Soviet Union, and asks the question: “Is the abolition of war, in the broad sense, really possible?”
In analysing the query, the paper states that stability of society is the common assumed objective of both peace and war.
Amongst other things, the paper dares to argue that were the war-making machines halted, all of the money saved would have to be rapidly consumed or else the people would have too much wealth, and become too cocky and difficult to control. Therefore, it was presented that in order to maintain stability it would be necessary to keep the people poor. The paper presented several wasteful programmes to dissipate any extra wealth that peace would bring to maintain economic control over the population.
Thus, it is learnt from the paper that since war is a system that has worked so effectively for so long it should be maintained. In a stark quote, the reader learns that: “Wars are not ’caused’ by international conflicts of interest. . . . war-making societies require — and thus bring about — such conflicts.” The report also concluded that: “The basic authority of a modern state over its people resides in its war powers.”
When considering the report one begins to realise that since it is impracticable for everyone to be at real war, there are mini-wars throughout the society. Families are but microcosms of nation states with their miniature struggles for power and control. People within families use varying tactics for seizing power and control, whether it be done via manipulation or oppressive violence. Sports are another substitute for war, where the participants are actually putting less energy into the contests than the followers of the various sports. In a sense, sports are the poor people’s wars, where millions will buy a strong conflict instead of the billions or trillions necessary for all-out-nation-state wars. And, to show the attitudes of the warmongering minds responsible for the report regarding the prospect of peace, consider this quote from the report: “In a broad social context, ‘an eye for an eye’ still characterizes the only acceptable attitude toward a presumed threat of aggression, despite contrary religious and moral precepts governing personal conduct.”
This repulsive attitude continues today, and in fact has escalated with a huge percentage of the world’s population being programmed to support the “eye for an eye” attitude. The ruling elite is worried that if there were no wars, they could lose power and control over the people. Hence, they believe that there must be a substitute for wars, otherwise, the people might not bow down to their leaders. This shows not only the warped minds of the people who thrive in this exploitative world, it clearly shows that for their own selfish gratification, they want to keep the evil system afloat at all costs.
As a part of the tyrannical plan, the Anunnaki Remnants intend to clone the human mind and insert it into artificial life forms. Worse still, they spread the untruthful propaganda that everyone is a “god” in the making, appealing to the egos and playing upon the ignorance of those receiving this nonsense.
There is even the promotion of biological immortality, supposedly under the guidance of the so-called “Ascended Masters”. These Ascended Masters, by whatever name they usurp, are actually Anunnaki. What is actually happening by spreading such outrageous and dangerous untruths is that the people’s thinking is being altered so greatly that the Anunnaki Remnants hope to capture the spirits of the victims and encapsulate those spirits in a “time capsule”. It is the distorted belief of the “controller” that if it could imprison these spirits and could clone artificial spirits, these would have no will of their own, but would be totally at the mercy of the “controller” and its hierarchy. While this sounds like science fiction, it is indeed the plan.
Many prominent figures in the world, in diverse roles, are not at all what they appear to be. Many have been placed into these positions because they do the bidding of the Anunnaki Remnants, whether they are conscious of this or not. This world has long been controlled by the Anunnaki and its Remnants, who rule by fear, brute force and deception.
Those who dare to go against the system are disadvantaged or removed from power. This can be seen by the assassinations of several of the American presidents. Conversely, the British Prime Ministers do not share the same fate as their American counterparts because their positions were filled by Anunnaki Remnants or their representatives, such as Winston Churchill.
Having said this, it is imperative that we bear in mind the Anunnaki wear many disguises. They can appear to be a passionate proponent for peace, like Mahatma Ghandi, yet they are the very essence of deception of the Anunnaki. Contrarily, Indira Ghandi is a being of Light. Yet, both were assassinated.
Surrounding the American Revolutionary period, there were many Anunnaki Remnants and a few Light beings involved in playing prominent roles. For instance, John Adams, James Madison, John Marshall and Alexander Hamilton were Anunnaki-sponsored participants. On the other hand, Thomas Paine, Thomas Jefferson and Benjamin Franklin are all of Attas consciousness.
Elvis Presley, with his outward appearance of entrapment by glitter, glamour, fame, wealth and other issues, was not really trapped at all. He is an Attas who was here to do a specific job under the cover of a popular singer. His death took place, but not in the way the world believes it did. Like John Kennedy and Abraham Lincoln, Elvis too, was removed by the Dark Force, however, it was the time for each of them to go as they had completed their respective work.
It has recently been admitted by China that they execute at least 10,000 people each year, and it is easy to assume that the real figure is far greater. China has always been an important battleground between Light and Darkness, even though Darkness seems to flourish there because China has always been a stronghold for the Anunnaki Remnants. Since the Reptilian Anunnaki Remnants have shifted their consciousnesses to China the increase in executions in that country is no surprise. Likewise, the increased interest in UFO activities amongst the people of China is to be expected.
These days, there is a lot of talk about weapons of mass destruction. The real danger of weapons of mass destruction comes from the Anunnaki themselves. Many of these weapons were developed because of the work and theories of Anunnaki scientists such as Albert Einstein. These horrible weapons were developed so the Anunnaki in power can use them to threaten, coerce and enslave the people of the world.
This may sound like a very grim picture of the fate of humanity but this time the Attas are here with a whole host of reinforcements. They have come from the future and are amongst us today. As I have stated before, the Anunnaki Remnants are running out of time. Soon, they will be no more. In the meantime, each of us must consciously strengthen our WILL and never give it over to the oppressors.
I hope the energy contained in the following words I wrote a year ago will give strength to those who embrace the Light. At the time of publication, many mistakenly thought that the words dealt with the invasion of Iraq. However, they are more current today than they were a year ago. The words follow:

Internal rebellion will occur in the number one on the top (Vulturite side) which will eventually fall and will be humiliated and punished.

All heads will turn as they witness the horrific end of mankind.
Humanity in transit will not rest in peace.
The voice of Old will scream out and be heard for miles around.
Those who caused the grim will find no place to hide. They will cringe in fear and be breathless. Their hearts will fly out in fear and numbness. Their days of Old will catch up with them. They will cry but no tears will come, they will scream but none will hear them, they will cry for help and forgiveness but none will be given to them. The gnashing of teeth and the tearing out of their hair will signal the end of the bloodthirsty tribe of Aaron.
“Mountains” will turn over to crush the evil ones. The mountain of giants will advance in numbers never witnessed before and march towards “Golgotha” and together the wind of fate will gather strength and push eastwards, northwards, southwards and even to the west. The land of Zion will cry and then will be no more. Hosanna in the highest all will shout but there will be none to hear or sing the song “Hosanna, Hosanna.”

Its labor force was herded between early humans that were genetically engineered.

Enki geneticist and chief of medicine Ninhursag, performed several experiments and created a hybrid by using material from homo-erectus, animals and the Anunnaki themselves. The result was homo sapiens, who came into the world to be a slave! As the first homo sapiens were hybrids, not reproduced.Because they needed more slaves and time spending to create more slaves were compromising the volumes of production, performed new experiments that allowed the self-breeding of his creatures.
When sapiens became very numerous, some of them were expelled from the Anunnaki city and thus gradually spread across the planet. But the creatures have surprised the creators: they were beautiful and were developing very well. Some females began to serve as sexual partners for the settlers. These unions were fertile, producing offspring. But this was an unacceptable situation for the elite Anunnaki decided to exterminate the population colonized – humanity – causing a massive flood in time near the reentry of Nibiru near the Earth’s orbit. This flood happened about 12 billion years ago.
Many humans were saved by Enki, who sympathized with those that he himself had created.For thousands of years, men and women were slaves and soldiers. The Anunnaki used their slaves in the wars they fought each other for the construction of palaces and cities, in astronomical facilities located in all continents. They took not only Mesopotamia, as well as Egypt, India, the Americas. So the signs of their presence are found in virtually all the world.
Six thousand years after the flood, the Anunnaki decided to remain here that it was time to leave the planet, and gradually led the human race to independence, introducing a strongly hierarchical socio-political system. Strains of kings have been established, possibly considering the direct descendants of the Anunnaki themselves: they were the “Beginners”, versed in sciences such as mathematics and astronomy, the technical experts in medicine, architecture and engineering. Dynasties whose continuity was made by “colleges” – the “schools of mysteries.”
Update: Fox News reports this afternoon that seven people have been arrested for allegedly selling pipe bombs in Michigan, Ohio and Indiana in connection with the federal raids. “The arrests and raids in Michigan and Indianapolis are related to alleged militia activity in the region, but are not related to international terrorism. There is not a current threat to the public, according to a law enforcement source.” Fox does not mention FBI activity in Ohio, covered below.
An Ann Arbor, Michigan, website reports this afternoon that the people arrested in Michigan are from from a group named Hutaree, described as “a Christian-oriented militia group based in Lenawee County.”
“Local Michigan militia member Jimmy Schiel said he was told five people were arrested – including one known member of Hutaree. Schiel said the five were reportedly arrested during a raid at a service in the Ann Arbor area for a Hutaree member who died recently. Schiel was told about eight Hutaree members were present. Schiel, who said he was invited but did not attend, spoke to a Hutaree member who was at the service, he said,” AnnArbor.com reports.

The Obama administration is leaning toward keeping secret some graphic details of tactics allowed in Central Intelligence Agency interrogations, despite a push by some top officials to make the information public, according to people familiar with the discussions.
These people cautioned that President Barack Obama is still reviewing internal arguments over the release of Justice Department memorandums related to CIA interrogations, and how much information will be made public is in flux.
Among the details in the still-classified memos is approval for a technique in which a prisoner’s head could be struck against a wall as long as the head was being held and the force of the blow was controlled by the interrogator, according to people familiar with the memos. Another approved tactic was waterboarding, or simulated drowning. [continued...]
Editor’s Comment — No wonder there’s so much trepidation around releasing these memos. One can only imagine what kind of phrasing is involved in defining the “appropriate” amount of force with which someone’s head can be bashed against a wall.
Was it something specific like this: With less force than would be required to fracture the skull or spill blood? Or was it something more legalistic but vague, like this: With less force than could reasonably be expected to result in permanent brain damage?
The key issue here, the CIA would have us believe, is that revealing details on the torture techniques it has used would “undermine the agency’s credibility with foreign intelligence services.”
What this means, as far as I can tell from reading reports on the Binyam Mohamed case is this: When the CIA enlisted the support of MI5 (and other intelligence services) in the rendition and torture of suspected terrorists, the agreement was that information about the intelligence process would remain under the control of all participants. Another way of putting it would be to say that the co-conspirators agreed to cover each other’s backs so that they could collectively enjoy legal impunity.
Now that that impunity is in jeopardy, the lawbreakers are upping the ante by implying that exposing torture practices poses a national security threat. Ostensibly the threat comes from providing al Qaeda a propaganda coup, but the underlying threat is that the CIA will no longer get cooperation from foreign agencies and that intelligence gathering will therefore suffer. And what this boils down to is the crudest possible threat: if the administration doesn’t protect the agency, the agency won’t protect the administration. This is, in a word: blackmail.

MEXICO CITY — More Americans in Mexico are falling victim to a wave of drug violence sweeping the country, a change driven home by the recent killing of a U.S. Consulate employee and her husband who were gunned down after leaving a children’s birthday party.
The number of U.S. citizens killed in Mexico has more than doubled to 79 in 2009 from 35 in 2007, according to the U.S. State Department’s annual count. No figures were available for the first two months of 2010.
While only some of the killings are specifically listed as “executions” or “drug-related,” the increase in homicides appears to be related to drug battles. In Ciudad Juarez, the northern border city hardest hit by drug violence and where the consulate employee was killed, homicides of Americans rose to 23 in 2009 from two in 2007.
The annual murder rate for the estimated 500,000 American citizens in Mexico at any one time has risen – but still remains lower than in some U.S. cities: about 15 per 100,000. Baltimore’s 2009 homicide rate was 37 per 100,000 residents.
American deaths make up only a tiny fraction of Mexico’s 17,900 drug-related killings since December 2006, when President Felipe Calderon launched a military-led drug war.
On Saturday, a clash among armed men left eight people dead in the Pacific coast state of Sinaloa. The bodies of seven men were found inside two cars along a highway connecting the cities of Culiacan and Mazatlan, said Sinaloa prosecutors’ spokesman Martin Gastelum. An eighth victim, dressed in a fake federal police uniform and holding a grenade, was found near the cars, Gastelum said.
The government says the majority of those killed in Mexico’s drug violence were involved in the narcotics trade. But an increasing number of bystanders are dying in the crossfire, and Americans are among them.
Tania Lozoya, 15, of El Paso, Texas, was killed by a stray bullet at her aunt’s house across the border in Ciudad Juarez in May 2009, after gunfire broke out when two men chased another man into the backyard of the residence.
In December, a California assistant school principal, Augustin Salcedo, was killed after he was abducted from a restaurant along with five other men while he and his wife were visiting her hometown of Gomez Palacio, in the northern state of Durango. The motive for the mass abduction remains unclear.
Other Americans appear to have been specifically targeted.
U.S. anti-kidnapping expert Felix Batista was abducted by gunmen in December 2008 in the northern city of Saltillo, where he had gone to advise local businessmen on how to avoid becoming victims of the country’s wave of kidnappings. He has not been found.
“I see it as, my brother was interfering with their profit margin,” said Batista’s sister, Jackie Batista. “That’s their line of business. Other than drugs, it’s kidnapping, so people want to know how to keep themselves safe, and that intrudes into their profit margin.”
Cartels at War with the Mexican Military
More than a year after his disappearance, nobody knows for sure who took Batista.
The prosecutors’ office in the state of Coahuila, where Saltillo is located, confirmed that no trace of Batista has been found, and they now appear to consider it an inactive case.
“I think that’s my biggest fear,” Batista said. “That this case will never be resolved. … Excuse the phrase, and I hate to use it, that it has gone to the grave with those people who were involved.”
Americans whose relatives have become victims of Mexico’s drug war have established an informal group to support one another and stay informed about what is happening south of the border. “America needs to wake up and smell the kidnappings, smell the drug war,” Batista says.
She frequently keeps in touch with San Antonio, Texas resident Jose Esparza, whose two brothers and sister were kidnapped in the northern Mexico town of Cuencame more than a year ago; all were U.S. residents and had spouses or children who are U.S. citizens. As with Felix Batista, there has been no request for ransom, and no sign of the victims.
Esparza says that in Texas alone he has heard from about 10 other people with relatives or friends who disappeared in Mexico.
He and others say they have obtained little or no response from Mexican authorities. Esparza now places his faith in the possibility the U.S. may begin to directly investigate the cases.
“Unless the U.S. government gets involved, nothing is ever going to happen,” he said.
FBI officials are aiding Mexican authorities in the investigation into the March 13 killings of U.S. consular employee Lesley A. Enriquez, 35, who was four months pregnant, and her husband, Arthur H. Redelfs, 34.
They were gunned down in their white SUV on a Ciudad Juarez street as they were leaving the birthday party of a child of a U.S. Consulate employee. Their 7-month-old daughter was found wailing in the back of the vehicle.
Investigators are following several lines of investigation as to why gunmen followed the couple’s vehicle and a second white SUV that left the same party and was hit in a separate, nearly simultaneous attack. Jorge Alberto Salcido, the husband of a Mexican employee of the consulate, was killed in that assault.
One theory being investigated is that assailants may have been ordered to attack a white SUV, staked out the wrong party and then opened fire on the wrong vehicles.
Another line of investigation is that Redelfs may have been targeted because of his work at an El Paso prison, which is holding several members of the Aztecas gang, believed responsible for the attacks.
More than 200 federal, state and local law enforcement officers swept through El Paso on Thursday, picking up suspected members of the gang in an effort to find new leads in the killings.
Ciudad Juarez Mayor Jose Reyes does not think the victims were targeted because of their U.S. ties. “I do not think this was a message to the consulate,” Reyes said.
But Enriquez’s cousin Vicky Torres doesn’t see it that way.
“It’s a message for the United States, like a challenge: ‘Don’t you mess around, you Americans, because this will happen,’” she said.
Lourdes Batista, the kidnap victim’s wife, says she hopes the crimes will be a wake-up call for the American public.
“I pray that it will be,” she said. “We’re fighting a war across a big ocean, but what about here? What about our neighbor?”
